The Interactive Presentations Session provides a dynamic platform for researchers to present an overview of their work through engaging, discussion-oriented formats, rather than conventional conference-style presentations.
The Interactive Presentation Session welcomes contributions from researchers across the global sensing community, including established leaders, mid-career innovators, and emerging scholars whose work reflects the vitality and diversity of the field. Contributions may include:
In the spirit of SENSORS@25, we particularly encourage contributions that not only showcase technical excellence, but also reflect on progress achieved, articulate future challenges, and inspire the next generation of sensing innovation. A limited number of travel grants (add link for travel grant page) are also available for contributors.
The Interactive Presentation Session is structured to encourage sustained dialogue and direct engagement. Rather than delivering a formal, presenters are expected to provide a concise and visually clear overview of their work that supports in-depth discussion with attendees throughout the session.
A limited number of LED screens equipped with HDMI interfaces and portable projectors will be provided in the Interactive Sessions area. Presenters are required to bring their own laptops or tablets to display slides, videos, or other digital materials.
A limited number of poster boards with white backgrounds may be available for optional use. Presenters may bring their own portable projectors if preferred.
Please note that traditional paper posters should not be printed, as space for large-format physical posters will not be available.
Interactive Presentation Sessions will be held each day, immediately before and after lunch. Presenters are encouraged to consult the conference program to confirm their assigned session.
Lunch will be organized as a networking lunch within or adjacent to the Interactive Sessions area, allowing discussions to continue organically during the lunch period. Presenters are therefore encouraged to remain available for continued engagement, as the interactive format is designed to promote sustained dialogue beyond the formally scheduled session times.
The paper or presentation number listed in the program corresponds to the designated LED screen to be used during the interactive session.
The Interactive Presentation Session offers researchers a dynamic platform to present an overview of their work through interactive posters, without formal conference proceedings. Contributions to this session will be selected based on responses received through an open call.
This session is designed to foster deeper engagement and meaningful networking by encouraging discussion, exchange of ideas, and the introduction of fresh perspectives. It also provides an attractive opportunity for researchers who wish to participate in the event but may not otherwise attend without an active presentation role.
