ADVANCING TECHNOLOGY FOR HUMANITY THROUGH SENSING
The three-day program is structured around three themes: Honoring the Past, reflecting on historical advances in sensors; Strengthening the Present, focusing on how current sensors research and applications can be further advanced; and Inspiring the Future of Sensing, laying out roadmaps for progress in sensors and sensor-enabled advances across applications from the near to the long term. The program emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration across areas such as robotics, communications, materials, artificial intelligence, climate and environmental monitoring, transportation, energy, health, and global challenges, while also highlighting forward-looking topics including quantum sensing, digital twins, and advanced sensing technologies.
